I’ve had the same address book in my mobile for about ten years now.

I haven’t really gone through and deleted any numbers, and everything just transfers whenever I’ve gotten a new phone. 

I just got a call from a number cryptically listed as “Jim.”  I honestly, for a split second, was like “OMG MORIARTY.”

I’ve now remembered who it actually was (a friend from a while back), and I went to edit in his last name.  I had finished typing in “Moriarty” before I realized what I doing.
